Ekesparre Boutique Hotel is an excellent venue for smaller meetings, seminars, corporate events, get-togethers and celebrations.
The hotel’s helpful staff is always ready to assist, guide and advise you on how to organise your event in the best possible way. We are convinced that if your gathering calls for a calm, dignified and cosy atmosphere, our library with its comfortable armchairs is the best place for it.
SEMINAR SERVICE
The library located on the attic floor can be used as a seminar and reception room and accommodates 12–20 people. The seminar package includes a large television (for use as a screen), flip chart, markers, A4 writing paper and writing instruments. At your request, we will also serve coffee breaks and arrange lunch or dinner.
We can seat 12 people around the meeting table and up to 20 people in a more informal setting.
WEDDINGS
Our library is sometimes transformed into a bridal boudoir, where a hairdresser and makeup artist are invited so the bride can prepare for one of the most important events of her life together with her friends. Guests can be invited here, champagne and fruit can be served, and the day can be spent in a truly memorable way. It has even happened that the wedding ceremony itself takes place right here. In addition, the distinctive interiors of both the library and the hotel offer excellent opportunities for beautiful photo and video sessions.
